Who are seeking a different level of emotional dialogue and psychological exploration than coaching, but don’t feel they need open ended long-term therapy.
What I have learned over the last 15 years in the field of mental health and 25 years in corporate leadership is that people are more wounded than they realise, and more capable than they know. Often caught in inherited beliefs, unconscious patterns, and old roles that no longer serve them.
Today’s modern lives are complex. The mental health conversation has exploded and most of us are left wondering Who can I turn to? Who can I trust? What do I need to know?

This is not therapy as you might know it, nor is it coaching. It’s a grounded, collaborative, and psychologically rich process designed to meet the wise adult in the room and help you understand and navigate the parts of yourself that are still responding from the past and are seeking to move forward.
It’s self-aware and intentional. It’s not about over-identifying with or unnecessarily excavating past wounds but it is about understanding and acknowledging them and how they show up for you today.
No quick fixes. No polished advice. Just real conversation, with someone who gets it.
